The Bay Funeral Company is proud to be different.
We are set up as the first community interest funeral company in England. This means that all profits from the company go back to the community to help local children in need rather than to owners or shareholders.
We realise that not everyone knows what to do, or is aware of all the options when someone dies, and we are here to help and advise you every step of the way. You will always deal with the same person from the beginning so you really get to know your funeral helper.
It is our ethos to help everyone to have the best possible funeral for their loved one with a service that suits you as a family and also your purse, and can advise on how to keep costs down.
We can provide everything from the most simple direct cremation to a full bells and whistles ceremony with a horse and carriage, and we are always led by what YOU want. In addition, we provide a variety of different hearse vehicles for you to choose, including a white hearse, a trike and a boat.

Our prices
From September 2021 all funeral directors must provide a standardised price list to help people compare funeral director prices. The Competition and Markets Authority made this mandatory to help people who need to arrange a funeral.

Our pricing is fair and transparent, and we will always work with you to bring costs down. There are many ways to save money that we can suggest and if you have a cremation funeral with a service at another venue such as our own chapel you can have a full traditional funeral from just £2,700.
